Between the Wine Cellar and El Cielo

S Sommelier Óscar López is in charge of our wine cellar and has a long career working with the best restaurants in Madrid. He proposes an extensive wine menu, featuring many great national and international labels.

There are around 350 different leading wines on offer. It is one of the most decorated wine lists in Spain and is presented to customers digitally via an app on a tablet. This allows customers to take the time to read about the wines available that meet their preferences. This is undoubtedly one of our restaurant’s top attractions.

The wine list features a selection that ranges from an André Clouet Réserve Grand Cru to a magnificent Bollinger R.D Extra Brut 1999 (Pinot Noir/Chardonnay), among the most exceptional of those on offer. But undoubtedly the highlight is the extensive cocktail list that can be enjoyed inside or outside on the Skyline Terrace, in summer or winter.
